3 Series Kidney Grills

Are the Kidney grills from the 135 the same as the 328? inquiring minds want to know

Cutting some slack to the OP they are very close if not the same.

Bavarian Autosport even uses the same image to illustrate the inventory for both the 135i and the 328i grill sets.

But I can't say for sure that they are indeed the same.

I bought my best friend his kidneys for his 3er for his birthday last year- they are ABSOLUTELY more slender by a few inches [vertically]. Trust me. His car is side by side mine quite a bit.

I know you must be right. They look more different when you look and a 135 and a 328 than they do when you just look at a the 2 sets of grills without having any size or scale reference.

Side by side

They sure look similar but understand that they are not. Anyone with pics of the grills color-keyed (with black slots) to body color? It seems to me that most are simply going with all black...
