Bluetooth hanging?

I just bought a new phone (Droid Incredible), and when I try to go pair the phone the iDrive keeps on giving me a "Please Wait" message. I can't even get to the menu that gives me option to look at my previously paired Blackberry or the option to add a new phone. Anyone ever run into this issue?
I'd say maybe the phone is too new to by paired, but this appears to be completely independent of the phone!

Any insight or advice is appreciated.
