Crazy ghost mirrors and seat gong

Okay, I have my key programed with my seats, mirrors, etc. into the car. Some times I will lock the car with my key and when I go back and get in the car the mirrors will be pointing in some crazy direction when no one has touched it, unlocked it, or changed the mirror direction. I will get in the car in the morning and they will be pointed up or down. This has happened multiple times. And I don't see them move so they must move sometime through out the night. Also the seat belt chime for the passenger seat sometimes randomly goes off when there is nothing in the seat. Faulty parts or computer problem? Any one else experience this?

I had this, known problem. Dealer will need to reflash your car to update the software.
