Stock Pad Questions

So in my last DE I ran the stock pads and ended up with deposits. I'm planning to use them again for a June track weekend. I have a few questions:

1) Does the uneven deposits actually compromise the braking or is it more just a nuisance? I didn't notice that the brakes were less effective, but the shuddering was annoying.

2) This will be me second two day event on the same stock pads. I know there are many variables in play, but should I be concerned about wearing them all the way down?

Thanks.

I did 4 driving event days (as novice/intermediate) last year and 20K on stock pads/rotors before they were changed under the maintenance plan. The last time out I got deposits and decided to switch to track pads for this season.
