WTS: Alpine HID 6k angel eyes
The brightness is awesome, definitely stand out even in strong sunlight, even now, during the summer of Kansas  . They have been on my car for a not a month.There are pics, including: stock look, HID look, and a comparison. They are crappy iphone photo, but give you an idea how bright it is. Just a side note, they don't look blurry in real, not as they look like in the last comparison picture. If anyone wants to buy , I will sell them at $150 shipped. I recon the inner ring is stronger than the outter? Can you make a better quality picture just so I can guage how it looks during the day without the headlights on? Thx

sorry for the delay, I don't receive email notification of threads, but PM notification.
Anyway, the kits are off my car now, so I can't take a real picture of mine. But let me find some pics from other Alpine HID owners. In advance to the pics, I assure you that they are really bright during the day, much brighter than LED's.

really lucky, found some good pics thanks to SpaceE82's post here: http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showp...08&postcount=1 His is 8k, mine is 6k, so mine should be a bit less blue than his. Another good writeup w/ good daytime pics, 8k also, bluer than mine. There's no independent light source for the outter ring. The outter ring actually takes light from the light source located behind inner rings. From the stock light, you can see that as well, but not that obvious, as the brightness of stock light is not very high, but when it comes to HID/LED, it's somewhat more obvious.

They are an excellent addition and definitely an attention getter. I can remember waiting at an In-N-Out drive thru while this really attractive blonde just kept staring at the car (I know it wasn't at me, lol).
I also went to get my car from the parking garage near where I work, and the security guy came on his bike to tell me what a nice car (never noticed it before the HID Halos). I actually prefer the slight blue, and went with 8k.
