N55 Exhaust with Golf Tee Mod Video
I did the best I could to get the sound accurately, its not too far off, but until I can get my hands on a better camera and mount (to stick it on my car's rear bumper) this is the best I could do. I still think it sound better in person.
Anyways, I tried to get some recording under different driving conditions, including cold start, revving after a proper and long warm up, city driving and a few tunnel shots. I didnt have the best tunnels to work with, stupid construction. Anyways, here you go. |

Yours sounds raspier than mine on cold start. Wish I would be here a bit longer. We could have rolled through the back roads here where I live.

Do any of you notice your left exhaust butterfly valve open about 30 or so seconds after a cold start? I've got the N54 135i, and I noticed that with mine. Apparently it stays open all the time, except when first started (cold). I DO NOT have the golf-tee mod.
