Yup 250rms each. Running them off the bridged channels 5/6 of my Zapco DC650.6 which is rated for 500W @ 2 ohms mono.

If forget to mention, I run them from 80Hz down. My 4" mids are playing 100Hz up. Just for fun and to really answer your question, I tried putting the SWS to the test today by playing some Bass Mechanik and Techmaster . The purpose was just to see if I could get them to show any kind of strange noises or bottom out. Well only at near full volume did I experience what sound like the bottoming of the sub or it hitting the OEM woofer grill. This was only with track that had loud and extended notes of sub 30Hz bass. Other than that, the system played at full volume with no objections.

According to the DIY document I read the stock speaker grill was not re-installed. I was wondering if most people that have upgraded to the SWS8 re-installed the grill?

I've had thoughts on going to 375 (JL HD750/1)! I wonder what would've happened if I went with my original plan and got an Audison LRx 5.1k. 1050W @ 2 ohms on the sub channel Getting one of those still crosses my mind every once in awhile.

I'm planning to upgraded the speakers in the future and have been following most of the SWS8 swap out threads. It was much more productive to all forum members instead of the lame "did you search" response.
