Not a great day.

Well guys, you may remember me from posting about 2 weeks ago. I got a new 2010 e92 m3. On saturday i was at a friends house and we decided to go to lunch, but we decided to not take my car because there was too many of us. But anyway, long story short, we get a call 20 minutes later from his mom saying she backed into my car I dont think i've ever been so upset in such a short time.

There is a hole through the front from the exhaust of the car, and the hood is all bent.

the picture is from an iphone by the way.

SOOOOOOO mad. What pisses me off the most is i didnt do anything! if i was the one to run into something then at least i knew it was my fault! i didnt even get a chance to do anything about it. IT WAS PARKED!

thanks. I know it will, it just sucks. But there is nothing i could do about it now.

but im the type of kid who REALLY takes care of his things, so that to me was just carelessness. I dont even let the car get to dirty, never mind put a hole through the front.

your right though

It definitely sucks to have a new car and have that happen right away. I feel your pain. On my 3rd day of owning my E46 M3 back in 2003, I had the car broken into. They popped the lock and in the process damaged my door.

Your car doesn't look bad though, just make sure your bumper and hood are replaced and not repaired. Please do as much research as you can and choose a reputable body shop. Do not trust the insurance company's choice in repair shops.

That sucks. Sorry to see that.

I think it's time to get a Euro-spec front bumper for replacement.

Do you see my name: Kyoshi? I could give you a few techniques to make it look like she was attacked by a wild animal? It's up to you.
Just kidding obviously...However, I hope your car gets back to normal soon.

Hope all goes well..

i used to be extra picky about everything i own. then i realized that even ur mobile phone that you carry with you everyday gets scratched. you the least thing you should expect from something that is not always with you is for it to be always safe.

Phones get scratched/bent/broken although you carry them everyday.

Cars are left alone...shit like that happens man you gotta accept it.

hope that makes u feel better...

also...u might as well listen to the boys here and get ur new MODDED bumper.

Sorry to hear man, but if it helps I had the same thing happen constantly. My e46 M3 was wrecked into twice in a parking lot while I was in a store. Then my e90 335i was hit 3 times while in a parking lot with me not in it. I was run off the road by a drunk driver a month after I bought my Shelby as well.
