M Power Tour Mug

Did anyone who went to the M Power tour last summer receive that aluminum mug and ever use it? I did for a few weeks but noticed this grittiness building up on the inside of the bottle. It's been sitting on my desk for months and I opened it up earlier to find the inside looked like salt water had evaporated. Little white spots. A white powder came off to the touch.

Has this happened to anyone else?

did you have any water in the bottle before? I got the bottle, but don't use it, however I keep it in fridge with water actually in bottle... did't notice anything unusual yet. It's a nice water canister though. "M///" on black looks good! But don't discard it, you can still find use for it other than for drinking water

Oh I'll never discard it. I like it too much. HA!

Might be the hard water in Philadelphia. Who knows. I still like it. Nice to see it happened to one other person.

I want to see what the mug looks like.

BTW, it's probably just minerals in the water. I'm guessing that you get that in all of your cups; maybe it's just that it's easier to see in the aluminum.

Cheers.
