2009 BMW 335d Emplyee Lease Takeover!

Hello all,

I can't believe it's already been three months since my last transfer but here we go again. Some of you may have seen my post on 1addicts asking for help with the next car...and i'm still undecided.

I'm at about 17,500kms and it's time to get into another car.

Several people have PM'd me regarding this lease takeover so here are the full details:

CAR: 2009 BMW 335d (Diesel) Monaco Blue Metallic on Black Leatherette
Equipment: Sports Package (Sport Suspension, Sport Seats, 18" Sport Alloy Wheels, Anthracite Headliner, High Gloss Shadow Line), Heated Steering Wheel, USB.

Specs: 3.0L Inline 6 Cylinder Twin Turbo Diesel (265HP and 425lb.ft of Torque)

Heated Seats, Electric Seats, Dual Zone Climate Control, Keyless entry, 10 Speaker Stereo, Split folding seats, Lights Package, Fog Lights, LED Turning Signals etc...are all standard

This vehicle was first put on the road by BMW Group Canada to use as a press vehicle in September of 2009 so that's when the warranty starts.

It is a normal retail lease and there are 30 Months remaining (Originally a 33 Month Term that i started in December 09')

I've added kilometers to this lease so that you guys can take advantage of that.

You can drive the car up to 82,500kms with no penalty for the next 30 Months. This leaves you approximately 26,000kms per YEAR.
(which is higher than the standard 24,000kms/year lease)

Monthly Payment is only $638.98 including taxes!

Buy out at the end of the term is $26,209.00 Plus taxes.

Put $5000.00 down and take over my lease for the next 30 Months.
To get to this same deal today with 24,000kms/Year, you would have to put down $12,700.00 due on delivery in order to get to the same payments taxes in.

I have even included the Excess Wear and Use program on this vehicle so that you are not dinged for stupid things at the end of the lease. [Covers up to $7500.00 of damages] ($800 value...some people even pay more)

I will also pay the transfer fees associated with the lease transfer. (Excluding licensing)

I have never driven on the Summer set of wheels/tires because i took delivery in the middle of winter, so the original set actually only had about 5000kms on it! Great looking wheel too. check it out at bmw.ca and build your own with a sport package.

There is a small scuff on the front bumper near the license plate bracket.
If you would like this bumper repainted, i can do that for you.
If you want to just ride it out and let BMW Canada take care of it at the end (Excess wear and use program) i will take $200.00 off of the $5000.00 upfront payments.


I will have the vehicle redetailed by my detailing department prior to pick up.

I forgot to mention the fuel economy. I get 7.5L/100kms in mixed driving in the winter!
Easily 5.0L/100kms on the highway.

If you're doing alot of highway driving, this car is very economical (Better highway mileage than a Toyota Yaris 2DR hatchback!)
