LTBMW & Eibach FTW! 2 part review

LTBMW: I've been meaning to get my M lowered for a few weeks now and finally pulled the trigger. I contacted Long Tran @ LTBMW for his services. He was very easy to work with (especially with working around my work schedule), prices were perfect for my wallet and installation was quick. I mean, it was REALLY quick. I barely got settled in on his couch in the waiting area and the car was done!

Long definitely gets from me. This was my first experience with Long and I'm sure won't be the last. He even took time to converse with me about general car talk and is a very down to earth guy.

Eibach Pro Kit Springs: The springs ride like stock. Comfy!!!! However the ride did not lose its rigidity and firmness. The stance is subtle, but enough for my taste for a very functional and pleasing drop. I was torn between H&R and the Eibach springs.....time will tell if I made the right choice but so far I am very very pleased.

Thanks LTBMW for the great work and springs & install
-wheels and spacers coming soon... I'll be contacting you Long!

Eibachs were a great choice! That was my spring of choice, but I went with coils though.

The drop looks really nice and you dont have to worry about a harsh ride, rubbing and all of that nonsense. Looking good.

Great pics. Jzb looks so good. However, from the pics, I get the impression that the rear could be lowered just a tiny bit more.

Thanks for the comments guys...I do love the eibachs thus far.

Yea...pictures definitely flatten out an image quite a bit..the wheel gap looks larger in pics than in real life....

Pushing out the wheels a bit would definitely give it a more "filled" wheel well look...
In due time =)

just need my wheels to land already.... i am so impatient hahaa

It looks like it only marginally lowered the front, which IS the perfect drop IMO.

Cool man! I had my Eibach Pro Kit installed by Long too, he did a great job and is all around a good guy.

Per the post above, I too think the front is a bit high, the back is perfect for my taste, but the front could be a bit lower, kind of like the H&R kit.

not sure how much the springs will settle..if any

the plan was to originally go with springs and upgrade to coilovers much later down the line if I feel the need.

EiBachs are great springs, more for people who do not want an aggressive drop

Yes, definitely get an alignment. I would wait 200-300 miles though just to really get them broken in.

Really? I am about to have Eibach springs installed on my car and get the alignment done at the same time too...
