Son Tran is a scholar and a gentleman

Had rashed the HRE P47's a bit on my M3 sometime last year and did a little homemade repair, but heard great things about Son Tran's Wheel Repair Services here in SoCal. After watching his meticulous and frankly amazing work at Saturday's LTBMW meet I had him fix my ghetto repair job and he color matched my finish perfectly!

Here's another guy who got his really f'd up rim repaired by Son at the meet:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=354022

Anyone in LA/OC in need of some wheel TLC definitely give him a call at (714) 742-6855, great services great price and a great guy!

Son Tran is amazing!

He fixed my rims before and I couldn't even tell they were rashed before.
Super nice guy too

I know he does amazing work! But I have always worried about when demounting and mounting tires, doesn't it affect his work, cause will it break off if you just use bondo or similar substances because it doesn't look like he welds anything right?

Who pays people to create all of these "I love Longtran" threads? I see them all over E90post and now here.

This is a wheel repair guy named Son Tran. Not Longtran.

Anyway, this guy is amazing!!! Such funny timing. My dad found him from some Ferrari guys. He came all the way out to Westlake village from the OC to fix two rims. A 20 on a n X5 and one of my dads Advan RS-D's. They both looked 100% perfect when he was done. Couldent even tell anything happened.

And on the RS-D I figured there was no way he could do anything with the double wall lip. Well I was wrong.

+100000 for SON TRAN!

Those weights are essentially opposite the valve stem and TPMS. Those things add a considerable amount of weight.

1. This thread is about Son Tran.

2. Long has a good reputation because he is helpful and does good work. Plus he has good taste in mods. I know most everything I've done to my own car is because I saw it on his first.
