I would assume it is an American car bought through the Military Sales Program....... Any car destined for final registration in the US (or Canada) has to be of US Spec.

Even with a letter from God BMW won't allow you to have a European Bumper in the US without getting it supplied through an aftermarket supplier. To order a european bumper within the US (or Canada) through a dealer, you need a European VIN # to give the dealer and they would have to call the order in to AG stating it is for a European car that is temporarily being used in the US.

To the OP....... Congratulations, Car looks Awesome. What are your complete Specs?
