Wheel studs...
If you're swapping out rims on a regular basis, or are running spacers, a good wheel stud kit for the BMW is almost a must. Wish I would have installed these a while ago...But finally got around to getting a new set of studs for my MZ4 Coupe. Since these studs are an universal application for BMWs I figure I post it here as well.
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=328237 Installation is pretty simple, if you can take a set of wheels off, you can install these studs. This is where I got them. http://www.racingbrake.com/SearchRes...nsive_Search=Y |

Hi HACK. I bought mine from Velocity motorcars for quite a bit less than that:
http://www.velocitymotorcars.com/stu...-50mm-oal.html Note that the Velocity ones that I linked to are meant for not having spacers. Get longer studs, if you intend to use spacers. Without spacers, the lug nuts are pretty flush with the stud, when tightened. |
