135i fit with BBS CH 18x8, 18x9, too stick out?

I'm looking to buy my friend's 135i. I really really love the BBS CH but I wanna make sure I can put this set on the car and look clean and flushing with the fender.

the set sizes:

Front: 18x8 +30mm
Rear: 18x9 +38mm

I dont really know how the whole offset, changes in wheel size do to the car...so i need professional opinions. If you guys can also offer a tire size recommendation...even better

Thanks!

i think they should be fine.
I know 18x9.5 will rub on the rears and you have to get your fender rolled.
I'm really not an expert, but that was my 2 cents

BBS Germany confirmed to me that I should be ok with the following if the arches are rolled amd the plastic archliner trimmed at the rear.

19 x 8.5 et 35 front
19x 9.5 et 40 rear

Rim isa BBS CH

This fitment is very aggressive and will definitely require some fender rolling if you plan on running 225's and 245's.

The rears should be fine, the front is gonna be close. With some fender rolling, you should be ok

That is very aggressive sizing for a 1er. You would definitely need to roll your fenders and be careful with tire size.
