Just buy a replacement for a couple bucks, take a small screw driver and push it backwards through the cdv... which pop out the restrictor... make sure everything is 100% cleaned out etc no shavings etc... and use it. Its like 5 bucks to make your own modified one.

Don't even bother buying an aftermarket one. All you need to do is pull yours out, use an allen wrench to pop out the metal piece which restricts flow. Then you just put it back in.
It's a rip-off to buy an aftermarket one.
