Is it possible to have video-in for M3's Nav?

I've never got a car with Nav before, just got one this week and wondering. Is it possible to have some kind of video-in for the nav? Say for example, feeding it video from my ipod? That would be so neat!

2009+ nav systems can play DVD's, but ONLY when the car is parked. As soon as you move, the screen goes black and there is a nanny-state warning. The audio continues to play. There is an aftermarket box you can install to override this limitation, and it's only about $200, but it requires taking out your stock radio and splicing it onto the wiring harness - instant warranty void. Not sure it's worth it. I would think the iPod video would be treated the same way - it will play the audio but not the video while the car is in motion.

I'd like to play video on my 2008 NAV screen... is that possible, even with some kind of EAS-like gadget?

TVinMotion box? Doesn't it only allow me to watching DVD while I drive? (correct me if I'm wrong)
I'm looking for something that has AV inputs, so I can play videos from my iPhone as OP said..
