Will 205/55/R16 off 2002 OEM BMW 320i fit a 128i?
As per my title, I found someone selling winters on original wheels that came off a 2002 BMW 320i on 205/55/R16.
My wife has the 128i Cabriolet, non-sport, which came with the 205-50-R17's. Will these 16's fit her car? |

205/55/16 will work but I cant confirm that the wheel will work for a 1 Series. If you can post those specs, I can further assist you.

I think, due to the size of the front brakes, you need at least 17 inch... I have 18inch OEM on my 123d, and in the front I only have an inch left to the brake 'claw' (caliper). Lower then 17" is just not possible I think...

Many 16" wheels will fit the 128i. The offset needs to be in the 40-50mm range, though.
