How good/bad is fitment w/3D Design-style cf front lip?

Thinking about getting this after I saw the real deal on a local owners M3. Yes, call me cheap for not getting the real deal however I can't justify the 3D Design asking price! If it matters, I gotta real Vorsteiner trunk, LOL! Anyway, how's fitment & quality control? Where exactly do you have to drill holes on the bumper?...bottom only or bottom & inside fender (back of bumper in wheel well)? Was installing the 2 front splitters a PITA or simply an easy drill & bolt-on? Pics? Thx!

Two front splitters are only available with the real 3D lip. I read a thread on here awhile back from a user with the replica that said fitment was somewhere around 85% good or so. I have the real one and I would say fitment is around 95% good, which is pretty good for an aftermarket company. None really fit perfect.

I have the lip, didnt get the chance to install it yet, but just putting it on to test fit, it was pretty good. You def. needs to play around with it....you need to drill 3 holes on the bottom part of the lip and use the OEM screws thats under the OEM bumper, then 2 screws on each side of the bumper. It was also recommended by the vendor that you sand the inside part of the lip so it doesnt scratch your OEM bumper. Overall the lip looks great and fitment is pretty on.
