Automatic locking

I just bought 2005 M3; doors are not locking automatically as I drive off. Does anyone has any advice on how to repair it? I suspect the original owner may turned off the option. Thanks for anyone's response.

Garage List
If you have iDrive you can set it through the menu. Very easy.
