Question What is the Best Dealership for Loaners?

What dealership gives the best loaners when your BMW is in for service? Specifically around the NoVA/DC area for me but go ahead and post your personal favorite for where you live. I've heard that some dealers give M3s as loaners, others get a Toyota Whateverthisis, or in my gf's case, a 99 Pontiac plasticbox.

Usually the dealer you purchased you car from is the one that will give you a loaner with the least amount of hassle.

Passport will give you a loaner for any scheduled maintenance during the warranty period. No M3 though. I usually get a 328. They have at least one 5-series, but I haven't gotten that yet. They also have some 1-series. I'm pretty sure all their loaners are BMWs.

They also have a VIP program where they bring a loaner to you and pick up your car (of course, that's only appealing if you're OK with idea of a service guy driving your M car, which I'm not).

If you're thinking of buying an M3, talk to Ed Han at Passport. He is a great guy. Very open and straightforward. And so is his sales manager. I've bought two cars from them, and both times we reached a deal in minutes.

This is a bit of a thread jack, but on topic so... same question but for the South Orange County (CA) area. I bought my car in AZ, so I need to find best dealership for service around here.

I did the 1200mi @ Irvine BMW and they gave me a 328i loaner (everyone w/ a non M was getting Camrys). Anyone ever get a 5/7/X series as a loaner?

I bougt my car @ Sterling BMW and currently am in St.Louis. Even though I didn't buy my car from them, Autohaus BMW in St.Louis treated me really well when I went to do my DCT software upgrade as well as an oil change. They gave me a 335xi coupe for the loaner.
