Both back tires slashed and passenger side keyed

I went on a work related trip this weekend and parked my Car on Base in front of our HQ building. When I got back last night I saw that both of my back tires had been stabbed and my passenger side, from the front door back, had been lightly keyed. I assume it was personal but for the life of me can't imagine why. I called the MPs but I doubt they will find out who did it. I really can't understand what goes through these peoples head when they destroy property. I am more disappointed than mad that this would happen on a military post where the Soldiers are supposed to have a measure of honor and integrity.

Sorry to hear that.

This doesn't seem like a random act. Keying only, maybe. But that means they were carrying a knife around on them on base.

Unfortunately, the military still has it share of a**holes.

Wow. This really stinks. Yeah, disappointing is the word. I'd throw in a bit of pissed off and angry too, but that's just me. There's the whole "we're on the same team" thing that really leaves a bad taste here...I see how you got from probably angry/shocked to disappointed.

Doesn't look like the door has been keyed, too small and too straight.
Sucks for the tyres though.

They can't face you like a man so they mess your car up?

What cowards, I bet they'll be the first to be shot if war happens.

Do not report this to your insurance. Go to the claims office with the MP report. The claims department MUST pay for this damage since it happened on post. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for the support and feedback

I don't know why this happened but I don't have any ex's (happily married). I looked in the Regs and the military will cover the deductible most likely, but I am required to use my private insurance. Anyway, I don't have any "enemies" that I know of and I am a pretty even keeled kind of guy so this just baffles me. On another note, I think I will have the dealer install the AC Schnitzer pedal set + Deadpedal while I am waiting on the tires to be delivered. I should be back in my baby by Friday afternoon at the latest. Thanks again.

Bad times right now for foreign cars. I've been hearing stories like this frequently since the economy tanked. Flame if you will, but probably a guy in a Chevy or Ford Pick-up. They most frequently give me a hard time... sux, sorry to hear about your loss.

Whoever did this is not too bright. Military court for slashing tires? Just too much heat in order to piss off someone you don't like, not to mention the whole dickless piece of shit aspect to effin with another guys ride!

The last place that I was expecting to read this kind of vandalism in this thread was in a military post... that's troubling.
