as i commented on the other post, people who come up with this kind of ideas deserve a slap in the face to wake up. i am sure they are MANY other ways to reduce emissions, but this seems to be the STUPIDEST one. black cars rule !!! murdered out look FTMFW!!!!

This is a prime example of bureaucrats with too much time on their hands. Even more effective would be to eliminate the windows. Our white Camry with light grey cloth interior gets hotter inside than the dark grey Z with black leather seats. There's a reason they call it a "greenhouse".
