I tried to joke around with him about it and pointed to my M3 that was parked across the street - he just grumbled and walked away. His wife was friendly though and told me about the accident (someone hit him and he was lucky to walk away unhurt). Didn`t get any more details. You may be right though. Seems like he bought the car most unlike an M - probably a sore subject for him.

if he actually got into a serious crash with a BMW, you would think he would stick to it and not get into a car that will likely kill him in 15mph crash

^^^ Lame ass pickup line FTL hahaha
But I would have guessed maybe it was his daily driver or something, but when you see our badges on really late model Jettas with Angel Eyes than they have got to go A lot of Ferrari owners put he shield on their dailies, but then again they're easier to spot, they're not exactly on economy cars |

sucks for the guy. but the worse i've seen was a car that was clearly an audi a4, an older year, with all it's emblems removed except one....an m3 emblem. now that was pathetic.
