Users of Portable Nav's, Add red light camera's
For those who use a portable Nav, you might want to check out this web page- http://www.gps-data-team.com/.
I have a Tom Tom 720 and I paid a 7.00 registration fee to this web site. Now I have all the Red light camera's and Speed Camera's in my local area. With my V1 Radar, this is a very nice driver's set up to help avoid a costly ticket. It works as a POI on your nav. With my Tom Tom, I get a warning on my Nav screen and also an audio alert... I can customize the audio alert and also the distance to being alerted. Very slick. I'm a hard core V1 owner.. I've had a 9500ix, but did not like it.. Now I have the Range of a V1 with a better/similar feature than the 9500ix using my own Nav.

Good tip! I've been using the speed trap and red light camera data for the continental United States on my GPS for a couple months. I get the data free from http://www.trapster.com/config-poi.php and use Garmin's point of interest loader. The whole setup works surprisingly well.
