Heating the garage with your 1er
Has anyone noticed how much heat the engine gives off after a drive (at least 30min)? I noticed after a good 30 min drive, then parking my car in the garage I noticed the temp would climb about 10 degrees warmer after an hour or so.
Its nice though since my bedroom is over the garage and can get cold in there.

After any drive in the hot rod, the hood gets raised to vent the engine compartment, which, really helps making the ole' GarageMahal cozy during colder months. As it turns out, the little guy is quite the handy space heater.

Nice garage! I find my car does a nice job also of heating the garage. I find the 1 series takes a bit to warm up compared to most cars. It has a fair bit of oil in it so I guess once you get that all warmed up it is a big heat sink.
