Photographic locations

Hey guys,
It seems that a few of us are keen on photography, so was just thinking it might be a good idea if we can all share any good photographic locations we might know of for our 1 coupes.
Hoping this will allow us to all take our own creative perspective at each location (rather than blatant copying).

As im pretty much a noob to photography, dont really know many places, but Gang Way at the end of Bourke St Docklands you can get an interesting perspective with some lights at night.

Ah I thought that is where it was! There are a few really cool places in Port Melbourne/DOcklands. I like the end of Lorimer St too right under the Westgate. Another nice one is right opposite BMW bodyshop on Lorimer St, where they keep the containers and stuff.

I'd love to take my car there for a shoot, but won't as I don't think the road's sealed all the way there yet. I'm talking about the Pinnacles, north of Perth (not my photo):

The Ausrtralian Center for Contemporary Art in Sturt St, South Melbourne is a nice backdrop for cars... especially Alpine White ones

Got some nice shots at the Devil's Marbles, but unfortunately it was of the NT governments camry i'd 'borrowed'

I've got a great list and I'll post some pics later when I've got time. Best time is early in the morning when no one is around!

Because I can't be bothered uploading a few of mine, I'm uploading a friends. Gives a good idea of locations

Laneways and abandoned car parks are always good.

and from before:

South melbourne market and the flagstaff car park (15 stories up) are great places to get skyline views

And around lorimer BMW motorworks as Way has already suggested, there's a few good places

But also, waiting until the early hours then getting shots around landmark buildings can also provide some great shots

Happy to point some out if we ever do a 1addicts photoshoot.
