Finally got my 1er!

Hey guys, finally picked up my 125i along with cozza this arvo!
great car, sounds fantastic and is smooth as!
got stuck in traffic on the way back, so going to go out in a few mins to test it out a bit more!
one little complaint, there is some steam in my headlights!... im hoping from them spraying the car when cleaning... hope it clears up itself. but apart from that its fantastic!

Congrats..
Mine had steam/fogging up also but not in my headlight. Mine was in the front blinkers alongside the headlights..

Dried up over night and never came back, even after several car washes..:wink:

here is the first pic of my 1! hope you guys like it

d3syd, i just ended up drilling the plates in, i got them to drill them in in the two top corners, figure i'll deal with the holes when i come to sell it.

She looks sweet - as others have said congrats and enjoy :smile:

Bit off topic, but I especially like the fact that the 125i and other lower model 1ers have fog lights in the lower front bar, I'm sure BMW could've put some into the 135i, I've checked it out and there's plenty of space on the outer corner of the air intake mold on the 135i....please do this as one of the ongoing future upgrades BMW :biggrin:

You Tarifa boys are getting me mighty envious!!!!

My car hopefully got off the Tarifa last Wednesday so hopefully I won't have long to wait. Either that or they forgot to unload it and it's enroute to Japan!

I was wondering about that as well, but I think it just looks like they are lit up due to the longer exposure and the fact that the inner corona ring is brighter than the outer ones:iono:

Can you confirm that your inner lights don't come on with high beam jksgoh??

Ye mine works fine, comes on normally... what's wrong with your guys lights????

jk, ye the longer exposure just made it look like it lights up. i think the inner light is utilised for the...er..... brain block... the lights which turn... if you have that option, other wise theyre just there for looks
