it hasn't been passed yet but is nonetheless being retrospectively applied to all cars purchased after july 1. some manufacturers are therefore collecting this difference now while others are copping it themselves.

mmmm, not good, would it be more than that if you optioned the car with alot more ??
I suppose because this car is in demand with limited supply ATM, BMW dealers are more than confident to charge it out, but if they were struggling to sell them, they might wear this cost themselves... |
