CDV delete
I have been caught up with the DP that I forgot to mention that I also bought the modified CDV from Riss Racing and got it installed by Andrew at the same time. For anyone who hates the fact that you have to keep the rev up to pull away smoothly, and annoy with not being able to fast shift into second, this is a product for you! I don't understand why BMW put that stupid thing in the first place. :iono:

Haha the good thing for you is that you are going to install the CDV delete right away, whereas I stupidly drove around in my car for 1 month with the stupid OE CDV. It actually wears out the clutch more on the track with the factory CDV!

LOL I was going to mention that in my 2nd post above, but thought it wasn't necessary as most people here own or want to buy the manual
Still good to know for all auto owners/future buyers it's one trans 'glitch' not to worry about... |

No I don't think the M3 has the CDV. Kris, if you are in Melb, please come and drive my car. You will see the difference! Or maybe someone in Sydney will do the mod.

Andrew, I like the clutch take up a lot more now. It used to be crap, and the car shifts smoother than ever. More like any other car then.
