Big fan here.

Andrew@SBM, do you have any quad setups available for purchase?

They also sell the "3d Design Booster Chip": http://www.3ddesign.jp/product_boosterChip.htm

Looks just like a rebranded SSTT to me. Does anyone know anything about them?

Its real carbon fiber too! The ONLY thing with the exhaust is, you'd have to get a true dual muffler/single muffler setup like the E46 M3, E92 M3 or the 335.

You'd want this:

Instead of this:

Yep I would definitely buy the dual exhaust - even if it is purely cosmetic.

Also a fan of that mod

I've always said and had in mind to do the above to a 135i as one of the 1st mods on the list...

It looks sooooo much better with a symetrical exhaust layout at the rear

Calling Cereal Group buy Group buy!! Then you just need to find a muffler. Bastuck do a 335 true quad setup, I can't believe it would be too hard to do correctly.

That mod transforms the rear end of the car ! One of the things I love about the M3 is the dual exhaust as it suits the back of a Beemer... the 135 looks just as good.

roadburn : what do you mean? The E46 M3 was a I6 with Quad

harpoon: no idea mate, I think the best bet is to get some numbers to group buy the diffuser and then do a group buy on a rear prefab muffler/tips from someone like Eisenmann or Bastuck

You could have a single tip on either side if you like - rectangle shape might look good...

E46 M3 had quads - don't think anyone ever complained about it having too many tips for an IL6 powerplant and some new 4 bangers have quad exhausts too

From personal experience (and a few exhaust fitters) best sound on dual exhausts comes from two individual cans!

The quad exhaust system looks tough. I like it.

Good point and agree...

Is there enough room under there on the 1er to install 2 individual mufflers 'longitudinally' on each side ??

If not I'm sure a twin transverse mount set up like what's being done on aftermarket set ups for the new R35 GT-R would work...

BTW I like that 3D design boot spoiler too, it's not quite as nice as the CF one many people here have, but very nice none the less
