The video is deceiving. It appears much faster than it really is. I wonder if he went out to buy a lottery ticket afterward.

How did he survive that? Looks more like they would have had to scrape him off the road.....

Hard to say whether the lights are working or not, one would assume they are, or traffic would approach more slowly.

God knows how he survived, bloody lucky though!
