Help Driver Window Issues

Hello,

My driver side window does not roll down that 1/4" when I open the door. Now when I shut the door it does not close properly.

Has anyone heard of this? Just don't want to make the trip to the dealer.

You're going to have to make the trip to the dealer.

Does the one-touch up still work? If it doesn't, the fix could be as simple as reinitializing the window regulator. All you have to do is roll the window up and down, and hold the switch in each position for about a second. If that doesn't help, there's a software or hardware problem and it needs to go to the dealer.

I wonder when BMW will get smart and start sourcing window regulators from Denso or some other Japanese co...
