I got the distinct impression that they are waiting to create a list of who will receive them and then print and mail.

I don't have the booklet OR the certificate of authenticity... I'm glad to see that I wasn't the only one that had to wait. I'm still waiting for my floormats!!

Sara at the 1-800 number states the books are mailed to owners 6-8 weeks after taking delivery.
