What the flap?! Air vent flap issue?

Hi guys. I noticed that with a/c on in auto mode, center and side vents all blow cold air but warm air is slowly coming out of the foot well vents with temp set at 75 degrees. When I set the temp to max/60 degrees, cooler air comes out of the foot well vents but not quite as strong or cool as the front vents. I also noticed that only hot air comes out of the side defrost vents.

I'm wondering if some of the flaps are having issues leading to hot air but don't quite understand why only foot well vents are having issues. Does anyone have air circulation diagram to understand what could be going on?

Also, is there any other tools than inpa or ista that can be used to diagnose the flaps?
