Im talking bout the e90, IMO, the e92 should always come with 19s due to its lengthy look

Its a matter of taste but I'm just not very fond of the 18" rims. I liked the 18's on the e46 better, but even then I regretted getting them and ended up upgrading to the 19" CSL wheels. My strategy is to use the stock 19" wheels (which I love) for the street, and then at some point I will get some relatively inexpensive light 18" wheels to dedicate for track use.

I always go for the cheaper wheels.. I prefer (most of the time) aftermarket wheels.

+1.

I think the 19s cost around 2k as an option and you probably will sell it for about that price or less too if you decided to in the future. Hence, if you are gonna get aftermarket wheels, def get the 18s... It's about $1500 gift from BMW right there!!!

19" with a dark tone is ideal, 18" looks a tad small IMO.

i thought the 19's were $1,200 as an option...which i think is dirt cheap, considering some people sell them for more than they paid initially

hands down the 18's on MR! my brother has that combo (e90 m3 MR on 18's) and the darker rims look way better than all the pics ive seen of the 19's on MR. I also have the 18's on my e90 m3 jet black and love em. they look a lot meaner imo

personal preference, I ordered 19's, but only because I wanted it to look clean and not get aftermarket rims on this car.

Do a google search and check out some the images of the MR M3 with stock 18", it convinced me enough to pick 18".
