Broke a Front Headlight Need help about parts Number

I just Broke one of my front headlight durring a small accident.
i have 2019 m4 competition. When i look to all the used on ebay all the seller wich are really hight reputation they all tell me their light is perfect fit for my car but here is my question:

my actual part number on my headlight cant be repurchase, even the part number at the oem dealership has changed

i have adaptative led headlight and on ebay they sell the same thing but it has different part number to mine and the other one at the dealership itself, they all look 100% the same, they are all Adaptive LED and are all made for m4 and a bunch of other bmw, please help me lol
