WTB track/street e92 m3

Hello,

I'm looking to buy an e92 m3 to use as a track car/weekend car, not looking for a dedicated track car but something with track ready mods and still streetable, must be manual clean title and under 100k miles! Darker colors is a plus budget is around 35k or less, closer to texas the better but willing to travel for the right car.

Ive got a 2009 AW E92 that has Bimmer world long tubes /catted 3 inch x pipe. Corsa axle back. MS Cai. CSF radiator, dct cooler,ps cooler, oil cooler. Stop tech 6 piston 380 mm front and 4 piston 355 mm rear. Epic 91 octane tune. Have Epic tune cable. Eibach springs on factory edc. Car had 84K miles. Rod bearings done, Tb actuators both replaced. It does have a sunroof, carbon package interior. 2013 M3 Black comp pack wheels with LCI tmps no rash wheels on Michelin ps4. Ive owned it 3.5 years and had no issues. Im 11k under your budget and in the Phx,Az area.
