Clipped a curb…
On a corner I’ve taken a million times, I clipped a curb with my right rear. Dinged my chrome wheel a bit, but didn’t bubble the tire. It did, however, knock the alignment out a bit. Took it to Beverly Hills BMW, got a good price and had a four wheel alignment done. They also performed their “Let’s see how more we can soak you for” 47 point inspection and found NOTHING wrong. No oil or coolant leaks, nothing! At 57K miles and change, I think this bodes well. (Knock on wood…)

I'm just not a fan of the Alpina wheels; too busy for me.
As far as the curbed wheel...noooooooooooo.

grrr don't you hate that! here in Aus we have some pretty good mobile wheel refinishers that will come out and fix those curbing's for a pretty reasonable $$ and quickly too.
Im always so careful of those curbs that just seem to jump right out and smack your alloy at times..... the sound is like nails down a blackboard for me |
