Drive train malfunction

2013 640i. Driving down the highway and got stuck in a long backup of stop and go traffic. The engine started to run rough and then it died, and wouldn't restart. Let is sit awhile, it started and ran fine at highway speed. Then it another backup, and it died again and I got the dreaded Drive Train Malfunction. I pulled this code. Should I replace the High pressure fuel pump? Anyone else experienced this?

For my 2013 650 coupe N63TU engine, I had the same fault and replacing the High Pressure fuel pump was the solution. For my car and there was an extended warranty for that part for 10 years and/or 120,000 miles.
