Quick Background: I bought this from a Dentist who owned it for 3 years and I’ve owned it for 3 years myself, just time to move on to another project. I’m an Engineer and this car has been meticulously cared for. This car is and feels incredibly special. The car is currently in storage, located in NE Ohio.

Your detailed post would benefit immensely from the basic description of the car. What packages are included? What are the interior and exterior colors? Are there notable imperfections? Any paintwork? Clean title?
Photos would also be very helpful.

Yes, priced about right given the fact that in full stock trim it would likely be in the $65-70k range due to the very desirable build. Mods are beyond top rate, and those seats....

One thing I really love about this example is how the cars with the least options (manual, cloth, no Nav) are the ones fetching the higher prices. A nice little win (although just in the enthusiast's circle) against the era in which cars need to come with MORE gadgets in them to be desirable....enter, a "stripper" M3 !

Dude what are you doing? This is his for sale thread and he didn’t ask for anyones opinion on pricing.
Also none of those are similar specs and they sure don’t have the mods this one has.
