Competition seat swap issue

I'm having a problem where my seat controls on my passenger side are reversed and the seats can only move back and forth a small amount at a time, if I unplug the harness and plug it again it works perfectly for a short amount of time any help would be appreciated

They probably need initialization with ISTA.
