Mud Flaps

Since I just had the car resprayed, I wanted to try to preserve the paint as best I could.
On my previous F11 I had OEM mud flaps installed, rumors has it that the regular mud flaps for the F10/11 will fit the M5, despite not being listed in the parts catalogue, however they are quite big and bulky, so I wanted something less prominent.

I happened to come across a guy who makes some small and discrete looking mud flaps, ordered a pair and they were literally a 5 minute job to install.

If you are interested, look for "Tommy L Garage", I found him on Facebook.

Very happy with these, and they should protect my doors and mirror from the worst rock chips.

I have the standard front f10 rock guards and they fit perfect lower to the ground protecting sills and floor ..the actual ones for M5 go quite high up the wing and stick out a lot and not going deep enough to protect lower sills and floor.

I'll see if I can pull the car out of the garage and have a picture taken after work.

The picture mentioned by M5Rick is the oem mud flaps.

This took a bit longer than expected, it's been poring rain for a few days.

Managed to get a couple of pictures of the whole car taken.
