FYI looks like a v1 and exhaust tips in the picture seem dinged towards the bottom. But for the right price it's always an option!

You're only saving about ~$400 from buying it brand new from GetBMWParts.com. Considering those tips are trashed, you need to buy a new set of tips whether you buy this off eBay or for a new kit. I would pass on the eBay listing.
