Anyone with experience with the BMW Extended Service Contract?
Mine is a 2016 CPO that is out of warranty in a couple of weeks. The info given on the BMW website is pretty vague as to what it will actually cover.
I'm concerned about the A/C, Infotainment, power seats, etc. as much as anything. Has anyone purchased one of these and had to use it? Approximate cost? Thanks

I've had bmw platinum coverage on both previous cars an X6 and 650i mustve had about 60k in repairs for both cars had engine, gaskets, transfer case, rear differential, heater module valve, sunroof actuator, parking brake actuator, 3 malfunctioning pdc sensors, rear doorlock actuator, steering wheel column motor, antenna due to static on radio and headsup display all replaced under plat coverage as you can imagine it was well worth it for me. CPO is basically Gold coverage with platinum there's alot more covered minus wear and tear and suspension components. From my understanding you wouldn't be able to get BMW's extended warranty if your factory warranty isn't still intact even if your still under CPO. You can call Steve Thomas BMW and ask for Francesca or Christine that's where I got my warranty along with others here they had the best prices compared to other dealers I paid 4900$ for 3yr/75k for a X6 35i while other dealers quoted me 5800-6200 as for the 650i got a real good deal as it was negotiated part of purchasing car new. With a CPO instead of 3 you can only add 2 years on top of CPO one year coverage if I remember correctly I was quoted around $8000 for platinum 2yrs/unlimited miles for my cpo F85 which seems pricey for just 2 years probably going to look into third party options but seems there aren't much for our chasis and ones I have found have mixed reviews or isn't covering the F85 anymore. I've known the Service Manager at Steve Thomas for years. I just didn't want to call and get the sales pitch without getting a more unbiased opinion first.
Thanks
