How do I search here?

OMG I've tried everything I can think of and every search brings up unrelated posts. I even tried using Google advanced search with Domain, but that doesn't work either because the forum is behind a php query.
If I search X5M suspension, it doesn't search /X5M AND suspension/, it searches /X5M OR suspension/ so I basically just get everything.

You can try quotes for an exact match, but yes, the search algorithm is lacking.
