How to fix this trim
Hello
How to fix this trim panel on driver side rear side bolster or panel not Sure what it’s called so haven’t searched yet,looks like the white plastic things are broken Thanks for looking |

Can't tell for sure, but looks like they're just rotated? Pull them off the trim and put them in their corresponding holes and rotate 90 degrees. Then put the trim back on.

right, the clear/white retaining clips stay (should stay) in the dash.

If the trim is loose when inserted it's the female insert sleeves in the car side. Get new ones for $1.33 a piece. Insert them in the body and then push on trim and enjoy.
