Must have options/features on 2017 X5M ?

What is considered a well-spec'd X5M? Performance, comfort, entertainment, tech, etc? Thank you

I totaled my M5 and now need something a little safer and AWD.

Depends what you consider 'well-spec'd' or essential to you. ZEC Executive package for starters and whatever options you'd like to add.

I would say Executive Package is a must. I just had CF interior trim installed because I didn't like the interior mesh, so that would probably be a must for me as well. I think some would say Full Merino leather is a must.

You "didnt find" ? Or you did ? Because Audi and BMW clearly have it while Mercedes and Porsche have at least the same or even better one, the Burmester as the top option. And the Harman Kardon it is a very good option as well, in addition if you do a subwoofer upgrade to any of the mentioned system will sound really amazing. If you check Audi forum, you will find people doing the sub upgrade to the B&O Sound and totally changes. Really, stock B&O subwoofer it's nothing amazing, pretty small magnet. If you think stock B&O sounds good, what to see how that changes with a better subwoofer. I have B&O on my wife's sq5 and Harman Kardon on my x6m, personally I find it enough. Also, depending on the platform, may sound better or not as good.

Major difference is going to be iDrive system version and CarPlay compatibility.

IMO, must haves for the X5M, especially if you're getting it pre-owned:
-Full Merino leather
-B&O
-CF interior trim

That's exactly what I've been hunting for. It's taking some time to find right color combo though. 21's are also on the list but that can be remedied easily enough after sale.

I really don't see a need for the Night Vision, unless you live out in the country with lots of wild animals, like deer that your trying to avoid hitting at night. But I would say, Executive Pkg, Full Extended Merino Leather, B&O, and Carbon Fiber Interior Trim. The only options, that I don't have is night vision or B&O. I think that the Harmon & Kardon system sounds great, just curious to know how superior is the B&O? I've heard the Burgmeister system in a Audi S8, and it was freaking awesome.
