Are these good for daily use or more for track?

Reds are for street driving and they are quite decent pads. EBC has yellows that are marketed for track driving, but I wouldn't recommend them.

thanks moonluv. the consensus of reviews suggested these did really well for street but quite a bit ‘cleaner’ than the stock pads. i bought them intending to daily.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but I used to love the EBC yellows on my Audi S3. Was thinking about switching to them after my Ferodo Ds2500 pads wear out on my m3. Besides the Yellows being a bit noisy, why wouldn't you recommend them?

Depending on how much you push them and how long your session, they can overheat rather quickly. They may be okay as track pads for lighter cars, but they're closer to aggressive street pads, rather than dedicated track pads.
