What is this noise?

Got home from a 2 hour drive and my wife's X5 50i did this for a good 15 minutes after shutting it off. It's sounds like it is overheating but it's not showing hot. ?????

Are you sharing a video or something as not sure what you are talking about as there is nothing in your post? More information needed.

Sometimes it is the fan running for few minutes.

Sometimes some ticking noises.

What else can it be ?

I know that on my X5M the secondary coolant pump for the turbos continues to run for a few minutes after shutdown to cool the turbos down. This is normal, but not sure about the other E70 models and a video of the sound would be helpful to help you out.
